Matcha Manor is an enormous estate perched up on a ridge north of the low-laying swamplands housing The Mire and Slipslide Swamp. It was home to Tobias Matcha until his recent mysterious disappearance. Now, it is exclusively inhabited by a variety of Boos↗. Most notable of these is Whispen, Tobias's lab assistant and unofficial leader of the other Boos in the mansion. The entire building has begun to succumb to nature, with various interior rooms being overgrown with various flora.
